What is Real-Lenses?

Real-Lenses is a forensic AI platform that analyzes images, videos, and audio to determine whether media is authentic, edited, or AI-generated. Upload a file and our engine returns a verdict with a confidence score, supporting indicators, and a tampered-region map when applicable.

How do I verify my first file?

Go to the Upload page, drag in an image, video, or audio file, and hit Analyze. The scan typically completes in 10–30 seconds depending on file size. You'll see a verdict (Real, Edited, or AI-Generated), a confidence percentage, and a breakdown of forensic indicators.

What file types and sizes are supported?

We support JPG, PNG, WebP, and GIF for images; MP4, MOV, and WebM for video; and MP3, WAV, and M4A for audio. Maximum file size depends on your plan — Free is 25 MB, Pro is 500 MB, and Enterprise supports up to 5 GB per file.

What does the confidence score mean?

The confidence score (0–100%) reflects how certain our models are of the verdict. Scores above 85% are considered high-confidence. Below 60% we recommend a secondary manual review or our Court-Admissible package for legal use cases.

How do I upgrade or change my plan?

Visit the Pricing page, choose a plan, and complete checkout. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your Profile page.

Can I get a refund?

What's the difference between Pro and Business?

Pro ($49/mo) includes 500 analyses/month and standard reports. Business ($199/mo) includes 2,000 analyses/month, team sharing, bulk upload, and priority processing.

How do I share a forensic report?

From any analysis detail page, click 'Share' to generate a secure public link with a unique token. You can also email the report directly to a client, or upgrade to the Court-Admissible package for a certified PDF with chain-of-custody documentation.

The Court-Admissible package upgrades a report with formal chain-of-custody documentation, a certified PDF, and legal-grade formatting suitable for submission as evidence. It's a one-time add-on per report.

Can clients approve reports digitally?

Yes — when you add a client email to an analysis, the client receives a secure link to review and digitally approve the findings. Their approval is timestamped and recorded on the report.

Can I auto-save reports to Google Drive?

Yes, connect your Google Drive account and approved PDF reports are automatically backed up to a folder of your choice. This can be enabled from your Profile settings.

How do I get an API key?

Go to the API Dashboard page and click 'Generate API Key'. Keys are scoped to your plan's rate limits. Keep your key secure — you can rotate or revoke it anytime from the same page.

What is My Place?

My Place is our social and organizational hub — a community feed, marketplace, contact manager, video calls, and a suite of productivity tools all in one workspace. It's available to all registered users.

How do I post in the feed?

Go to My Place Home, use the composer at the top of the feed to share text, images, or videos. Posts appear in the community feed where members can like, comment, and share.

What is the marketplace?

The marketplace lets you browse and list services, leads, digital products, and partnership opportunities. Sellers with a Stripe Connect account can accept direct payments with a small platform fee.

How do referrals work?

Share your unique referral link from the Referrals page. When someone signs up and converts to a paid plan, you earn a commission. Track your referrals and payouts from the referral dashboard.

Is my data secure?
